Prior to your consultation, please email me any symptoms, health concerns, a brief history of illnesses and ailments, and finally any medications you are currently taking. PLEASE INCLUDE TEAS AND COFFEE INTAKE! I will meditate with your guides, my guides, and God to formulate a plan for you considering all of the information you shared as well as everything my spirit team tells me. This plan will include a personalized list of supplements and teas along with instructions as to how and when to take them. In our 30 minute meeting, we will review the plan I've channeled for you.
