My passion lies in helping others on their journey towards health and wholeness, whether through a psychic reading, energy healing, singing bowl ceremony, chakra tuning forks, or crystals. I have been facilitating various types of meditations including sound baths and visualizations since before my formal yoga teacher training in 2022.
