Nervous System Healing Reiki

Service Description

If you've been struggling to fully decompress or feel safe and comfortable relaxing, this reiki session is for you. This gentle yet powerful healing is designed to help heal your body and emotions by focusing both on the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system (autonomic and somatic, which cover subconscious and voluntary movement). Nervous System Healing Reiki is intended to help you reduce stress, come out of sympathetic nervous system activation (fight or flight), and ease you back into a grounded state of being. This is available as either a 30 or 60 minute session. The session will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be emailed to you for your records.
